Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Booking Policy

Affiliate Bookings

  • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services acts as an affiliate travel agency, booking accommodations, transportation, and activities on behalf of clients.
  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (hotels, transport companies, and tour operators).
  • Prices are based on availability at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.

Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the supplier’s policies.
  • Payments can be made via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Credit card
    • GCash
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the client.

Service Fees

  • A non-refundable service fee may apply for:
    • Booking assistance
    • Itinerary planning
    • Trip coordination
  • Service fees are separate and do not go toward the cost of the actual booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the Client

  • Clients must notify GoXplore Travel and Tours Services at least 7 days before the confirmed activity date via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refund eligibility and cancellation terms will depend entirely on the service provider’s policies.
  • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services is not responsible for:
    • Non-refundable payments
    • Penalties imposed by service providers
  • Service fees paid to GoXplore Travel and Tours Services are non-refundable.

Cancellations by the Provider

  • If a service provider (hotel, transport service, tour operator, etc.) cancels a booking:
    • Refunds or rebooking options will follow the provider’s own cancellation and refund policy.
    • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services will assist with refund processing or rescheduling but is not liable for any losses or inconveniences.

Changes and Modifications

  • Modifications are subject to:
    • Availability
    • Fees charged by the service provider
  • Clients should request changes as early as possible to minimize penalties or denial of changes.

Cancellations by the Provider

  • If a provider cancels a booking, any refund or rebooking will depend on their policies.
  • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services will:
    • Assist with processing refunds or rescheduling
    • Not be liable for any resulting losses

  • Clients should request changes as early as possible to avoid penalties.

3. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services does not provide travel insurance.
  • Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering:
    • Cancellations
    • Medical emergencies
    • Other unforeseen events
  • GoXplore Travel and Tours Services is not liable for:
    • Delays
    • Cancellations
    • Accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party providers
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring:
    • Valid passports
    • Visas
    • Vaccination certificates
    • Other necessary travel documents

4. Transportation and Activity Arrangements

GoXplore Travel and Tours Services can arrange private transportation and activities.

The agency does not own or operate:

  • Vehicles
  • Tour boats
  • Activity centers

Clients must follow the terms and safety guidelines of the service providers.

Any extra costs due to client-requested:

Cancellations
are the responsibility of the client.
